A little more information about Julie's FloorAppliques
Surfaces they can go on: Julie's FloorAppliques can go on most existing floors. Ceramic tiles, Wood, Cement, Linoleum and painted floor too. They do not work well on carpet.
Can I clean Julie's FloorAppliques? Yes!
Will Julie's FloorAppliques harm any surface? No. We have been using this vinyl and adhesive for years and it's great! It will not harm any surface
Do I need to clean my floor before putting Julie's FloorAdorn® on? Yes. A clean surface is important for Julie's FloorAdorn to perform well for you.
Is it easy to put on? YES! Just peel of the backing and place the Julie's FloorAppliques tiles or doormats on your floor. When placing the next tile down, simply line the edge up to the first one you laid down and smooth on with your hand. To avoid air bubbles, smooth down from one side, down towards the middle and then towards the last edge. If air bubbles occur or you feel like you would need to realign your tiles, simply pull up and replace in the position again.
How many come in a pack? There are six 12"x12" tiles in each pack of Julie's FloorAppliques.
How many pack do I need? Julie's FloorAppliques can be used a few different ways. One pack on your floor will look larger than your average doormat and will make a great statement in any room. Two packs is more like a small area rug. Three or four packs feels like an area rug. We have done 'wall to-wall' FloorAdorning and works great as a resurfacing of existing floors.
How do I go around corners? Easy... just measure and cut with scissors.
Can I use Julie's FloorAppliques on my walls? Yes, but we are hoping you use them on your floors! This new high tech coating is really meant to hold up to your day-to-day household traffic. We are excited to offer you something new and innovative. If you WANT to put them on your walls, they will work wonderfully as a wall accent, backsplash or wall covering.
Can I walk on my Julie's FloorAppliques tiles with high heel shoes? Yes! They are high heel proof, soccer ball proof and puppy proof.

When will I receive my order?
In general, all orders will be processed and shipped out within two business days, assuming all products are in stock. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders will ship via USPS unless specified otherwise by customer request. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us right away and we will try to accommodate your request. Once your order is shipped, transit time for USPS Ground is one to six business days, depending on where you are located.
What happens if the item I order is out of stock?
If an item that you order is unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail within two business days. At that time you may choose an item substitution or delayed shipping if the item will be available at a later date. And of course, you may choose to cancel your order completely.
What should I do if I receive the incorrect product or the product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. In the event that there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible. Send an e-mail to jcampbell802@gmail.com that includes 1) your name 2) order number 3) detailed description of the issue and 4) the best way to contact you. We will do our best to get back to you with a solution within two business days.
Can I return or exchange an item from my order?
Unfortunately Julie's FloorAppliques does not accept returns or exchanges.
Can I order from Julie's FloorAppliques if I live outside of the United States?
Our online shopping cart only quotes flat shipment rates for orders shipping to either USA or international addresses for credit card authorizations. We are able to ship to international addresses, and typically do so via the US Postal Service due to customs clearance efficiency and most economical cost. If you live outside the USA and would like to ship your order to your residence, we will contact you via e-mail after your order is completed online with the actual shipping cost as quoted by the USPS web site. Please note that due to their size and shape it is cost prohibitive (and therefore not possible) to ship rolls of gift wrap outside the USA.
